Karin Dietl Equation-Based Object-Oriented Modelling of Dynamic Absorption and Rectification Processes
144 Seiten, Dissertation Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg (2012), Softcover, A5
This thesis is about the set-up of a Modelica modelling library, intended to model rectification and absorption processes, where a strong focus is put on the object-oriented model structure of the column models. This work also provides a thorough analysis of the numerics of the resulting models. Physical behavior can be modelled in many different ways and the effect of the different modelling approaches on the numerical behavior will be discussed.
