Zusammenfassung / Abstract

This work focuses on sulfoximines, sulfilimines, and pentafluorosulfanyl arenes. A new synthetic route for sulfilimines and sulfoximines starting from sulfoxides with use of Burgess-type reagents has been developed, and a metal-free N-alkylation method for NH-sulfoximines mediated by KOH in DMSO is described. Sulfoximine-containing analogs of bioactive sulfones were synthesized, and their bioactivity was studied. Furthermore, pentafluorosulfanyl- and sulfoximine-containing building blocks were prepared. The exchange of trifluoromethyl by pentafluorosulfanyl groups has been performed on bioactive molecules.
