Johannes Neumayer Characterisation and simulation of adhesively bonded joints with laminated adherends for crash applications (Band 29)
164 Seiten, Dissertation Technische Universität München (2017), Softcover, A5
An adequate joining technique is essential for the weight saving and the reliability of fibre reinforced structures. Due to many advantages, adhesive bonding plays an important role. In this thesis, the virtual testing of bonded joints with fibre reinforced adherends in finite element crash simulations is addressed. New simulation approaches were developed, that model the rate-dependent behaviour and the failure behaviour accurately and efficiently. For the parameter identification and the validation of the simulation models, high-rate experiments were performed.
