Zusammenfassung / Abstract

Three articles included in this thesis reveal insights into the domain of entrepreneurship. First, challenges entrepreneurs are confronted with within the start-up phase are analyzed. Thereby, a comprehensive overview of central challenges is achieved and contradictions on various system levels identified. The second article provides a model for team learning behavior as a facet of entrepreneurial competence. By integrating task as well as relationship conflict, influence of team psychological safety as a shared team belief on team learning behavior is examined. Taking up environmental and social problems our world is facing today, the third article systematically synthesizes prior research about sustainable entrepreneurship in order to provide insights into a rather new field of entrepreneurial literature.
