The increasing number of renewable, converter coupled generation units within the distribution networks drastically impacts the behavior of electrical power systems. Due to the enormous number of distribution networks, a reduced and equivalent representation is required for large power systems to consider their dynamic behavior correctly. This thesis proposes different grey-box models for equivalent distribution networks, which are examined regarding their accuracy and robustness towards modification.
