Juan Santiago López Bermúdez Correlation between Critical Magnetic Fields and Carrier Distance in High Temperature Superconductors
123 Seiten, Dissertation Universität Stuttgart (2014), Softcover, A5
There is little doubt that high temperature superconductors will prove to be key materials for our future technological development. Yet a lot of research remains to be done in order to achieve a thorough understanding of the mechanisms by which they work.
At the Institute of Space Systems, University of Stuttgart, a relationship between the crystal structure of these materials and their critical temperatures has been developed over the last few years.
Expanding on that, this work examines the question of whether a similar relationship exists between the critical magnetic fields of high temperature superconductors and their defining geometrical parameters.
